Comments: Austin was extremely professional. He responded to my request the same day! Iâ ve never had my oriental rugs cleaned and was a little nervous since several of them are heirlooms. I was reassured that they are would not be damaged so I took the leap. I am soooo glad that I did! The results are amazing! He also cleaned my carpeted stairs(pale beige,16 years of wear with so many stains and spills we were going to replace it). The carpet is like new now! Comments: They were great and got the job done pretty well for an affordable price (although they did add on money because I had a cat living there.) the only thing was they gave me an estimated time but didn't arrive until an hour and a half later. I had already moved out of the apartment they were cleaning as I needed to get it cleaned as part of my lease since I had animals. So I had to drive 40m to the apartment they were cleaning but wait another hour and a half until they got there. Not very ideal. They didn't even call me to let me know they were going to be late. I had to call them and ask.

They did have a $230 cleaning minimum to come out so we had our slipcovered chair and sofa done as well. They spent a long time cleaning and disinfecting. Great job!

I only wish they had put on shoe covers as they walked through the house with the equipment. Wearing shoes from outside while they are cleaning the inside seems a bit counter-productive. Lou, the owner was very easy to work with. I had to move the date of cleaning several times, and he was always accommodating.

We've had our carpets cleaned many times- live on the beach with 2 super furry animals & lots of guests - our carpets look new not 20 yrs old. So impressed by the job done. Comments: Lou and Wayne had a tough job ahead with my 35 year old oriental carpet and 6 year old microfiber couch. Some of the stains just couldn't come out on both, but overall, it was worth it because it smells very fresh and clean and the rug is definitely brighter. The couch also has less noticeable stains. Their friendliness, cleanliness and service was tops. They did the absolute best they could with what they had to work with!
